All non-subscription box orders usually ship within 1-2 business days from the date on which the order was placed. To avoid delays in shipping, please make sure that all orders are placed with a correct and valid name & address. Orders placed after 12:00PM PST each day usually ship out on the following business day.
Most orders are delivered within 2-5 business days, depending on how far the delivery address is away from Los Angeles, California. We are not responsible for any damage or delay for any order on the part of the shipping company, but always do our best to accommodate any special shipping requests. No orders are shipped on holidays and/or weekends. Please inspect your package(s) carefully before signing for delivery.
We offer expedited shipping services such as Priority and Express Mail for an additional charge. Free Shipping does not apply to expedited shipping orders.
Orders with any type of expedited shipping, high order value, different bill to/ship to addresses may have to be verified for security purposes. Please note that if your order is flagged for further verification, the date of shipping will depend on when we are able to clear your order. If you feel that your order may fall into this category please contact us via e-mail email@example.com as soon as your order is placed to avoid any delays.
While we make a best-effort attempt to package and ship your order immediately upon receipt, we are unable to guarantee delivery on any certain date due to potential shipping carrier delivery time variances.

The free shipping option will automatically appear at checkout as a shipping option for qualified orders.
Free shipping is defined as USPS First Class Mail, Parcel Post, Priority Mail, or any other economic method of shipping, to be determined solely by District F5VE. Orders to AK, HI, PR, Guam, Saipan, Virgin Islands, APO/AE and other non-Contiguous US territories will be assessed standard shipping charges.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
Pursuant to our commitment on delivering the products to vape enthusiasts all over the world, we offer international shipping to the following select countries:

- United Kingdon
- US Virgin Islands
- Virgin Islands (British)
All international orders will be shipped in 1-2 business days excluding U.S. holidays. Please note that international and local border and customs agencies may inspect your international shipment, pursuant to the applicable rules and regulations that govern the importation of commodities into the country and/or locale that the respective agency serves. There may be local import tariffs and/or import regulations associated with the importation of products purchased from District F5VE, and it is the sole of the consumer to be aware and informed of any applicable local/municipal regulations, laws, and potential consequences associated with the purchase, shipment, and/or use of any products purchased from District F5VE.
Additionally, some international orders may require additional processing time to allow for verification and/or customs inspection. By purchasing products from District F5VE and designating an international (outside of the United States) delivery/destination address, the consumer explicitly and expressly agrees that District F5VE bears no responsibility or liability for any delay, seizure, legal action, or other consequence that may arise as a result of the shipping of any purchased products to the aforementioned international delivery/destination address. Furthermore, international customers agree to be responsible for all local taxes, import duties, tariffs, and/or brokerage fees that may be assessed by their local customs officials and/or agency.

RETURNING A PRODUCT
If you wish to return a product that you've purchased that you are not satisfied with, you may do so within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The product returned must be in its original factory packaging, and in sealed and new condition.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are otherwise final.
If free shipping was offered and chosen for your order, the actual shipping cost that was incurred to us by the shipping carrier will be deducted from your refund.
You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) prior to shipping your return. We reserve the right to refuse RMA requests if our Satisfaction Guarantee is being abused. Please note to carefully package the product when you are shipping it back to us to fully protect it in transit.
If the product is returned and cannot be restocked due to shipping damage and/or used as deemed by a returns processing specialist, then a minimum 50% processing and replacement fee (actual fee will vary depending on condition of return) will be deducted from your store credit/refund. There will be no refunds made for products that have been opened or used.
While we strive to provide exceptional support to all customers and will help to make the return process as painless and easy as possible, we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
OBTAINING AN RMA FOR RETURN
To obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA #) for return, follow the directions below:
1. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
2. Provide your full name, order number, reason for return, and a good contact phone number to reach you at.
3. Allow 1-2 business days for a response from a customer service representative.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse RMA's if our return policy is being abused. You will need to carefully package the product when you are shipping it back to us to fully protect it in transit. While we strive to provide exceptional support to all customers and will help to make the return process as painless and easy as possible, we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST be returned in new condition with no damage or modifications to the outer packing or to the product itself.
ORDER CANCELLATION/PACKAGE REFUSAL
We ship most non-subscription orders within 1-2 business days of receipt of the order. If your order has already been shipped, it may not be possible to cancel it. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order if your order has not been charged and/or shipped. If your shipment is already in transit, we may not be able to cancel your order. Please contact us immediately upon receipt of order so that we may issue an RMA for your return. Upon the processing of your return, we will provide you a store credit for the full value of the products purchased and returned.
Any orders refused and therefore shipped back to Districtf5ve.com will receive a partial refund if the item is received in new condition; the partial refund would be the remainder of the payment after the subtraction of the actual shipping costs TO and FROM the buyer and a 25% re-stocking fee. In cases where your item received FREE shipping, we will only assess a valid shipping fee for the return postage (whatever USPS charges us). If the item returned has been damaged in transit, the refund amount will be at the sole discretion of Districtf5ve.com.
