Honestly we were a little unsure of this RDA especially since it's so new, so we decided to pick up this bad boy from ECC 2017 in Ontario to test it out. The airflow on one of the sleeves seemed to be a little too much and we hadn't put much thought into the snake bite sleeve. My goodness we thought wrong. Their snake bite sleeve provided the full flavor and dense clouds which is what we all enjoy because who doesn't like tasting their juice and making clouds? And just as they claim, the hit really is "buttery". When it came to the sleeve with 4 airflow slots we thought it was going to be real airy, we were wrong again! The airflow on that sleeve was absolutely amazing, being able to adjust 1 - 4 of the openings for either max clouds or more flavor makes this our favorite sleeve. We spun it around plenty of times to see our different options on airflow control and we're pretty impressed! The design of the airflow control top cap was absolutely brilliant, good job on thinking this one out! Let me also mention, putting the whole cap back on to the base is just as enticing, it fits so perfect!
The entire feel of the RDA just feels too legit from the engraving to the weight itself. This is one bad RDA, and we mean bad in a good way. Something that is a little disappointing however, is the inability to throw on your favorite drip tip or top cap! Unless, of course, you find a tip that'll fit this RDA beautifully. AHEM, Double Helix Designs who's good friends with the guys from Recoil! Another thing that is included is an ultem ring insert for the juice well to prevent leaking. We've decided to just take that out and enjoy the RDA with still no leaks thanks to a pretty decent juice well that already does good enough alone.
